What is my discount with a subscription?
Subscribe and you’ll save 15% and receive free U.S. shipping and returns on your subscription product!

After I start my scent trial when will my full size product ship?
Your favorite scent will be shipped and billed two weeks after you receive your samples. Your $20 trial credit will be automatically applied to your order and you’ll receive free shipping.

Don't worry, we’ll send you a reminder email before each shipment so you’ll have plenty of time to change or cancel your plan.

I want to try the samples, but don’t want a subscription what do I do?
Don't worry, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account.

To cancel your subscription, sign in to “My Account”. Select the subscription you would like to cancel and Click on “Cancel order” at the bottom of the page. Choose a new ship date or cancel your subscription by clicking on “No thanks! I want to cancel”. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, you will surrender your $20 credit.

How do I choose a different scent for my subscription?
Choosing a different scent is easy! Sign-in to "My Account" and select the subscription you would like to change. Click on “Want to change your scent?” and select a different scent. Click on the “Save” button and voila! Your new scent will ship on your next scheduled ship date.

When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will only be billed for your order when your product ships. You can change the ship date for your subscription at any time.

How do I change the shipping frequency of my subscription?
To change your shipping frequency sign in to “My Account”. Click on the subscription you would like to change. Select the frequency of your subscription to 1, 3, 6, or 9 month replenishment options. We'll only bill you on the months that you receive shipments.

How do I update my payment information for my subscription?

I need more time with my samples, how do I change the ship date of my full-size scent?
Need more time before deciding on your fave? You can easily push back the shipment date of your full-size scent and your $20 credit will still be applied to your order.

To change your next shipment date sign in to “My Account” and click on the subscription you would like to change. Click on “Cancel Order” at the bottom of the page. This will open up a calendar pop-up, which will allow you to select the next date you would like order to ship. Your new shipment date will be reflected in your account.


How do I cancel my subscription?
Change your mind? You can easily change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. To cancel your subscription, sign in to “My Account” and click on “Cancel Order” at the bottom of the page. Please note that by canceling your order you will surrender your $20 credit.

Why can't I use my gift card?
At this time, gift cards cannot be applied to our sample subscription. However, if you want to use a gift card on this purchase, please email us at hello@skylarbody.com and we can help you out.

Why can't I change my frequency after I choose "one time only"?
Currently, we do not have the option to go from a one time only purchase to a subscription purchase. If you change your mind and want a subscription, you'll need to go back through the sample flow. We will have a full size subscription option in the near term.

I cancelled my one-time full size order and now when I re-active my order, I can only sign up for a recurring subscription?
If you cancelled your one-time order, it is not possible to reactivate that one time order. You can set it to a time period (like every 3 months) and after you receive your first shipment, just cancel the order.
